REFUND TERMS
There are no refunds on the purchasing of any "Products".
PRODUCT ACCESS
Products will be made available to you on the moment of purchase, or receipt of payment. Access may be temporarily or permanently revoked if we feel, or have evidence to show, that payment for the Product has not or will not be received, regardless of the cause (including but not limited to: payment processing errors, human error, or ill intent)
CHANGES TO PRODUCTS
We may change the contents, pricing or labeling of Products at our will. We may make changes to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, or to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. These changes will not affect your use of the product. Prices of Products may change at our will to cover operational and support costs, due to promotional offers or sales campaigns, but also when taking into consideration larger national or global macro economic and financial shifts (seen or unforeseen). SCHEDULING CHANGES
We have the right to change scheduled meeting dates and times for private tuition, community engagements, etc. (online or in person) for any reason (including but not limited to: illness, technical inability, inaccessibility, etc. It is agreed to that these changes are always made for the benefit of you, the consumer, to be able to deliver Products to the highest standards and quality.
NO WARRANTIES
Your use of this website and any Products is entirely at your risk, as the website and our Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties or representations relating to the website, its content and our Products, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third parties’ rights. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement, if you purchase any Products or download any of our free Products, we grant you a limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license (“License”) to use or access the Products for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, create derivative works, translate, transmit, post, republish, exploit, copy or otherwise use our Products for any commercial or non-personal use. Your License is for individual use. You have no right to assign any of your rights or transfer any of your obligations under this Agreement. If we discover that any violation of the terms and conditions in this Agreement has occurred, including violation of the License granted to you, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Products and invoice you for any damages.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

NON DISCLOSURE
It is understood that one of the primary elements in purchasing Products and learning from us (i.e. private tuition) is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials, and exercises. Following the purchase of our Products, you will have gained access to intellectual property, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, content guidance, templates, modules, and/or other information that may become available for use through your participation in our Products. You understand and acknowledge that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated and purchased a Product from us, without written permission from us.
FEES
When you purchase any Product through this website, you are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. It is your responsibility to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date billing and credit card information. If you are on a payment plan or recurring payment, it is your responsibility to keep an up-to-date payment method with us. If your payment method is declined or expired, you hereby agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes due upon demand. You also agree to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, on any outstanding balance.
TESTIMONIALS
You understand and agree that any and all commentary provided on public social media profiles including those belonging to us may be published and used as testimonials by us. You give us a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written on the social media profile, in the email, or otherwise, and repost on our social media accounts, in advertisements, or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing our Products. If you choose to write about positive experiences when using our Products, you understands the material, along with your name and other identifying information, will likely be published on the website, social media, or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and you understand you are granting us an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to us as part of a Testimonial.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Your access to the website or Products may be occasionally restricted, such as when we need to make repairs or are introducing new features. Your access to the website or Products may also become permanently disabled, such as if we decide to terminate the operation of the website or Products. We cannot guarantee that you will have continuous access to the website or Products.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any party other than the Foundation or our custodians, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under this Agreement. You may not assign any of your rights or transfer any obligations under this Agreement to any other person.
DISCLAIMER
The information/wisdom/truth shared, and products offered by the Foundation or its presenters, facilitators and instructors, is for the purpose of assisting humanity in its evolutionary journey to know itself as Love. The Foundation (and its presenters, facilitators, instructors) facilitate courses, events and services to guide humanity towards unity consciousness. These offerings of wisdom and love are always evolving.
